All orders within New Zealand are sent by courier or post at a flat rate of NZD$5.00+GST. Shipping times vary... we strive to keep all our best selling products in stock and available for overnight delivery, all other products are usually delivered within 4-8 days. 

International customers please contact us before placing an order. International shipping is available on selected items only and shipping rates vary.

 

Returns and Faulty items

Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any problems with your purchase.  In some cases, things like missing pieces can easily be fixed. Should the item be unusable please contact us for a return or refund.
